QPE requires teachers to draw upon a diverse range of pedagogical approaches, utilizing the Spectrum of Teaching Styles (Mosston and Ashworth, 1990) along with models-based practice such as cooperative learning, sport education, and teaching games for understanding, to provide meaningful rich and engaging experiences (Dockerty, 2023).
